  Its a Burger King... Not much to rate and review. This particular location is always fast with their service and unlike some other burger McFranchise, these guys almost never mess up a drive thru order.
  Food served warm-hot. Friendly service.

  I have had mostly great service at our local burger King with the exception of a couple of times recently in the evenings the girl working the drive thru. Window aka the shift leader (I wish I could remember her name) anyway she causes so much unnecessary chaos confusion and her attitude is absolutely horrendous towards both her co workers and the customers. Last week I went in and there was a couple sitting in the restaurant eating and there was one younger man who had just received his meal to go. Well the young man standing at the register I think his name is Charles (I'm sorry if I am incorrect) was very professional, polite, and in my opinion does his job quite well. While I was placing my order he was professional, polite, friendly, and very attentive(I am a little pickey so my order is special... ) There was a couple if foreign gentleman that came in and needed some help to understanf the menu. While Charles was handling the situation prfectly fine when out of left field comes this young woman whom literally shoved her way into the conversation (meanwhile there was an order for drive thru ready to be bagged up.. and my order also had just started to be finished up. The "shift lead girl" rolls her eyes when the cook hollars " drive thru up" "fry down" and she stomp's back to the food bagging area put 1 sandwich in the bag then demanded and practically yelled at Charles to " go finish bagging the orders!" With such an unnecessary harsh tone. She took over helping those foreign men which she was very rude to as well because she was having trouble understanding their accent. Which seemed no issue for Charles... Well poor. Charles is completely lost with what order is half way in the bag nd what order needs to go out next because the leader didn't communicate to her co worker at all what she had half way completed and forced him to take over. Then she is yelling (and I mean yelling at him) to "Hurry up and get those orders out!!" It was completely unprofessional on her behalf. I stood up for Charles because he was doing a great job. And held his tongue despite the way that woman was treating him. I told her she needed to leave Charles alone and quit yelling at him because he was doing a great job. And she responded to me with a "shut up, and mind your business". I have been in there twice more since that night and she was working and she was just as rude and unprofessional. In my opinion she needs not to work with the general public and Charles absolutely deserves a raise. Other than that food is always amazing And the cooks are doing their jobs perfect. So thank BCBK
